What is EPiC Online?
EPiC stands for English Proficiency in Conversation. It’s online coaching program that helps you build confidence and fluency in speaking English in real-life and professional conversations. Whether you’re in the office, in meetings, or with international friends, EPiC equips you to express yourself with ease.
What do I need to join a session?
Getting started is easy. All you need is:
- ✔ A device with a camera (laptop, PC, tablet, or phone)
- ✔ A good headset with a microphone (noise-canceling is a plus)
- ✔ A stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps download / 1 Mbps upload)
- ✔ A quiet, comfortable space where you can focus and enjoy learning
Can I still take sessions while traveling?
Definitely! EPiC is 100% online, so you can continue your sessions from anywhere in the world. So long as you have a stable internet connection, your learning journey doesn’t have to stop.
Will I receive a certificate?
A digital certificate of completion will be awarded when you have completed at least 80% of your sessions, and a badge of achievement to celebrate your progress and dedication.
COACHING SESSIONS
How long is each session? Can I request a shorter one?
Each session is 50 minutes, designed to focus on your learning. A buffer of 5 minutes before and after each session gives you and the coach time to settle in and wrap up the session.
Shorter sessions are not encouraged as most learners find the duration fits their learning efficiently.

How many sessions should I take?
This depends on the result of the written and speaking assessments. The written assessment is done online, and the speaking assessment will be done with a coach.
You will be given 30 sessions if the result shows you are at the beginner level. However, if your assessment result is between the lower intermediate level and above, you will be given 20 sessions.

Why are your teachers called “coaches”?
We aim to coach you to be proficient in conversation. Our coaches work with you to develop your skills and build confidence, fluency, and the mindset to use English naturally in real-world situations.
Why do I meet different coaches each time?
The goal is to prepare you for real-world conversations with people from diverse backgrounds with different speaking styles and accents. Working with different coaches helps sharpen your listening skills so you grow more adaptable and confident.
Can I choose to work with the same coach every time?
We understand the comfort of having a familiar coach. However, we highly recommend learning from different coaches to gain exposure to various accents, speaking styles, and expressions. This variety helps you better understand the nuances of the English language—something that’s key to real-world communication.
How do I book or cancel a session?
It’s a simple process. You can log in to our eScheduler platform to manage your sessions. To keep your credits, please cancel at least 3 hours before your session.

How do I sign up?
You can register directly through our website or email us at

For group or corporate enrollments, you can liaise with us to assist and customize the program for your team.
Can I get a refund?
A full refund can be made within 15 days of payment, so long as no credits have been utilized. After your first session, refunds are no longer available.
Do you offer programs for teams or companies?
We provide flexible group packages and can customize content to support your team’s unique communication goals.
How much does a session cost?
Each 50-minute session is USD 20.
EVALUATION AND PROGRESS
How do you determine my level?
Once you enroll, you’ll take an online placement test. Based on your results, a coach will assess your speaking skills to determine your level of proficiency. Finally, our Quality Assurance Team will match you with the learning materials and a learning track that fits your goals.
How is my progress monitored?
We support your growth through:
- ✔ Recorded reviews of Sessions 1, 10, and 20
- ✔ Personalized written feedback after every session
- ✔ A detailed progress report when you finish the program
